David serves as both principal-in-charge and lead designer on many of CLA’s most important commercial and residential projects. David works directly with clients starting with initial concept and continuing through to final realization, providing consistent and focused vision and a personal commitment to quality and detail essential for the success of the project. David’s recent projects include the Hotel W Philadelphia and Element Hotel at 15th and Chestnut Streets, the 1706 Rittenhouse Square Street residential tower, The Isle residential development in Manayunk, Midtown Crossing, Omaha, Metroplex office building, the United Plaza lobby renovation and The Moravian residences in Society Hill.
David holds a Master of Architecture from University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Architecture from Washington University. David is licensed in the states of PA, NJ and NE, is NCARB certified and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia and the Society of Architectural Historians.
