Erin serves as a project manager and project architect for some of CLA’s most important recent mixed use and multi-family projects. Erin directs our in-house architectural design team and coordinates our team of engineering consultants. Ms. McCulley has over 15 years’ of professional experience in architecture, during which time she has worked on a number of building types, which include residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, laboratory, healthcare, and retail projects. Erin brings to each project her extensive knowledge of architectural design, material detailing, building systems, construction and sustainable design. Erin’s expertise extends through all phases of the design process, from concept to documentation and construction administration.
Erin earned her Master of Science in Sustainable Design (2012) and her Bachelor of Architecture (1999) at Philadelphia University. She is a licensed architect in the state of Pennsylvania, certified by NCARB and a member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC).
