Bob serves as principal-in-charge, project manager, planner and designer on a wide variety of civic and commercial mixed use projects, bringing extensive experience in design, urban design, site design and development planning. Bob’s recent projects include the master plan for the Waterfront, Allentown, Swarthmore Town Square West, Voorhees Town Center, Cret Café and Midtown Crossing, Omaha.
Bob holds a Master of City Planning and Master of Architecture degrees from University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University. Bob is licensed in the states of PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, MI and VA, is NCARB certified and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Central Philadelphia Development Corporation and past president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
