Stan serves as both principal-in-charge and lead designer on many of CLA’s most important commercial and institutional commissions and provides office-wide leadership for the firm’s design, BIM, and sustainability strategies. Stan’s recent project assignments include Metroplex, 615 Waterfront Drive, Swarthmore Town Center West, Borgata and Water Club.
Stan holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin School of Architecture and Urban Planning. He is licensed in the states of PA, NJ and FL, is NCARB certified and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute, and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council.
