Mr. Henkelman has been responsible for mant of CLA’s most significant and complex projects, including high-rise office and mixed-use buildings, college and university buildings, hospitality and gaming venues, new and renovated retail centers, and historically certified renovations. Steve has directed the firm’s quality assurance process, and provided code interpretation and presentations to jurisdictional authorities. Steve’s recent projects include Swarthmore Town Center West and the Borgata Resort &Casino.
Steve holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University. Steve is licensed in the states of PA, NJ, OH, IN, is NCARB certified, is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, International Code Congress (ICC) and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
