Bill serves as CLA’s business manager, overseeing our project performance, contract fulfillment, invoicing and general ledger accounting activity, financial performance and general business matters. Bill also coordinates our proposal and contract preparation and manages CLA’s banking, legal, and insurance matters. Bill holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, Johnson School of Management and Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, College of Architecture, Art and Planning.
Bill is licensed in the states of PA and NJ and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
