The quality of the guest experience introduced by the Borgata has established the standard for the very best gaming destinations in the eastern United States. Cope Linder’s role began with the development master plan for the property which shaped the ultimate design, accommodating the complex access and service functions behind the scenes while setting the stage for a dramatic and exciting patron experience out front. The program includes 2002 guestrooms in the 43-story hotel tower, a 125,000 SF gaming floor, 11 restaurants, night clubs and 11 retail boutiques. The hotel podium also includes a 50,000 SF enclosed pool and spa, and a 70,000 SF concert/entertainment event space. Cope Linder’s relationship with the Borgata has continued with numerous ongoing venue improvements and renovations including the Mixx nightclub, the B-Bar ultra lounge, Bobby Flay Steak restaurant and others.
