Cope Linder Architect’s master plan for Metroplex allows for phased development of multiple commercial office buildings at this site in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Located adjacent to the intersection of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and I-476, the first phase now completed is highly visible from the highway. The architectural design projects the importance and prominence of the location with scale, materials and refined details. Initiating the phase one development in 2006, Cope Linder Architects prepared zoning and land development applications and designed the 5 story, 125,000 SF office building along with supporting site infrastructure.
The building’s innovative core design provides maximum efficiency and flexibility for a variety of tenant configurations for this class A property. Cope Linder Architects worked closely with the client and construction manager to control the building’s construction costs through careful systems selection, including the distinctive granite panel and glazing systems.
