Located at the heart of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, this 300,000 SF, 13 story office tower features a prominent top-floor loggia which celebrates the dramatic view of the historic harbor. The spacious interior lobby is clad with cherry wood veneer. The exterior skin is comprised of high performance blue glass with metallic silver panels rising above the granite base. The landscaped plaza is accented with matching granite and is shaded by a bosque of locust trees.

Cope Linder Architects served as architect and landscape architect, designing 500 Pratt Street and the adjacent 3-story retail building and 950 car parking structure as a coordinated mixed use project.
