Dramatic Views and Refined Architecture Characterize New Residences at Two Liberty Place
Rapid sales have been attributed to Cope Linder Architects' design, which includes open floor plans, elegant finishes, and timeless modern style.
Cope Linder Architects transformed the top ten floors of Two Liberty Place to accommodate 59 luxury condos. The architectural solution maximizes views from Philadelphia's third-tallest skyscraper with floor-to-ceiling corner windows in every living room and dramatic angled windows on upper floors. Interiors feature open floor plans with finishes selected to be both modern and timeless – sleek marble, rich woods, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances. The project includes a refreshed lobby and the amenity-rich Sky Club luxury social space, consisting of a club room, conference center, billiards room, fitness center, endless pool, massage rooms, and a yoga room.
Two Liberty Place is a defining tower in Philadelphia's skyline, built in 1990 as the sister to One Liberty Place. Both were designed by Helmut Jahn of Murphy/Jahn Architects as speculative office space with an enclosed two-level shopping mall linking the buildings. iStar Financial acquired the top ten floors of Two Liberty Place in 2012, subsequently partnering with Dranoff Properties to develop the new condos.
