Designed to fit a tight site, this 25 story 250,000 SF office building takes full advantage of its location.The 12,000 SF footprint is designed with open office space fronting two streets while the elevator/stair core is pushed to the rear of the property. The building’s curved glass corner is the focus, as it affords a dramatic view of historic Philadelphia City Hall. The two story lobby is entered from the corner and features a grand marble stair, a water feature and flanking retail spaces. Cope Linder Architects' offices are located in this building.
